Light bumping and rubbing to spine ends and corners. Sunning to spine. Light dampstaining to front cover, slight scuffing and soiling to both covers. Browning to textblock and endpapers. Light foxing to endpapers and sporadically throughout text, esp. to illustrated plates and frontispiece. Approx. 2" tear along hinge of front endpapers. Library markings to back of title page. Very light offsetting to text from fold-out maps. Previous owner's inscription to contents page. Hinge very slightly cracked at beginning and end pages. Binding otherwise tight, interior clean. "Journals of the Military Expedition of Major General John Sullivan against the Six Nations of Indians in 1779, with Records of Centennial Celebrations." Includes b&w illustrations and fold-out maps, as well as two maps in the front pocket and three maps in the rear pocket. Gilt lettering to cover bright.
