Frontispiece is a b&w print of Cocker with a short quatrain below. Light browning and soiling to textblock and scattered margins, small creases to the tips of some corners, very light browning to text. Half-title and original rep are slightly chipped along the edges, tiny piece missing from the lower margin of the half-title. Binding tight. "Being A plain and familiar Method, suitable to the meanest Capacity for the full understanding of that incomparable Art as it is now taught by the ablest School-Masters in City and Country."
