Light rubbing to edges and marbled boards, spine lightly sunned, textblock slightly faded. Non-marbled endpapers are brittle and browned, with some chipping/tears to fep edges. Previous owner's name in pencil to fep, small chip missing from fore-edge of copyright pg. Faint offsetting from fold-out plates, light edgewear and minor soiling/foxing to borders of scattered plates, light damp-staining from ink of first colored map to reverse of frontispiece and edges of title pg. Interior otherwise clean and remarkably bright, binding snug. Includes many fold-out maps and beautiful chromolithograph plates. Very Good Hard Cover (Item ID: 120001)
