Ink ownership inscriptions from several former owners inside- “William H... (?) book anno domi 1734” to ffep, “John Slinger, Studfold House, Settle 1895” to fep and again to last page of text, “Henry Ebel 1962” to rep. Spine rolled, lightly shaken, toning and light soiling to endpapers. Text block separating at rear hinge, binding exposed but holding. <1cm chip to foot of spine, few very small insect holes to top inner corner of text block. Text in latin, interior mostly clean.
