In three parts. 314 pp., 202 pp., and 209 pp. Part One: May 2 and 3, 1934; Part Two: November 7 and 8, 1934; and Part Three: February 14 and 15, 1935. Yapping and chipping to wraps, small loss to paper of Part One at spine head and part 3 at front joint where it meets spine head. Very faint ink stamping to wraps from Harvard Club Library. Faint musty odor, but interiors are clean and sound. Parts Two and Three have blank auction form laid in at rear. Volume One has color frontis plate showing "A Superb XV Century Illuminated Pontifical" from the collection. Included in the sale were manuscripts by Bronte, Burns, Browning, Keats, Poe, Scott, Thackeray, and many others, as well as a Gutenberg Bible and several incunabula. Very Good. Item #165571
